Capper
“Capper” is a project that I came up with during the second year of my Bachelors in college. I started to become more interested in drawing and comics during the final year and started trying to come up with an idea for a comic I could make. When I was young I read a lot of “Spiderman” comics which then shifted to “The Walking Dead” comics during my teenage years. I always thought that comics were only for young people but began to realise during college that this was not the case. There were many comics / graphic novels I began looking at during my college years with more adult content in them that I found to be inspiring. I found the works of Robert Crumb, Aline Kominsky-Crumb, Keiji Nakazawa, Joe Sacco, Art Spiegelman, Marjane Satrapi and Raymond Briggs to be inspiring. I am currently gathering ideas, materials and equipment for this comic that I plan to make and self publish in the next few years.
